The camera is not connected to the PC

Possible reasons

1.Drivers are not correctly installed

2.USB connnection is not stable

Solutions

1.Run .bat setup file

2.Reconnect USB cable and reset the camera

The USB connection status is “USB 2.0”

Possible reasons

  1. USB connection is not stable

  2. USB driver is not installed

  3. Plug USB cable into 2.0 port

  1. Confirm the USB3.0 driver had been installed

  2. Reconnect the cable and reset the camera

Camera can’t image properly
